Vendor vengeance

A creep stole three high-end food carts from a Bond Street storage space between Feb. 9 and Feb. 11.

The owners of the carts told cops that when they showed up for work at 7:30 am on Feb. 11, they discovered that some the jerks had broken locks on a security gate and the front door of their space between President and Carroll streets and taken the carts, each valued at $30,000 to $40,000.
