Cops arrested a man on May 4 who freaked out on a motorist that he thought had cut him off.

The victim told cops that the suspect got annoyed because he thought she cut him off while driving by Vanderbilt and Atlantic avenues at around 10 am. The suspect threw an unknown object at the driver’s side window.

Cops cuffed the spazz later that day.
