A thieving early-bird scooted away on his victim’s motor bike on July 28, stealing the two-wheeler from N. Seventh street while its owner was sound asleep.

The victim told cops that he parked his 2009 Aprilia scooter near Bedford Avenue at 10 pm and called it a night. At 7 am the next morning, the man returned to nothing more than an empty spot of asphalt.
