Trashy dispute

A man was arrested for allegedly beating his neighbor in an argument over garbage on Seventh Street on Aug. 12.

The victim said that he was arguing with the alleged assailant in front of his building at 10:45 pm when the man struck him in the head with a wooden board. The victim was treated for his head wound at Lutheran Hospital and cops arrested his alleged batterer.
