That most desirable of wheels — a 1993 Honda Civic — was lifted from Sixth Avenue overnight on March 3. The owner of the bucket of bolts told cops that she had parked it between Carroll Street and Garfield Place at around 8 pm on March 2, but it was gone the next morning.
