A racist graffiti vandal smeared a swastika on a van used by a Jewish home for disabled children on April 25.

Workers at the Hamaspik Assisted Living Facility on 61st Street between 12th and 13th avenues said that they found a swastika scrawled in white paint on the side of the van when they showed up early that morning. The vandalism occurred the night before, they said.

It was the second time the facility has been targeted by biased vandals, said Councilman David Greenfield (D-Boro Park), who is offering $1,000 for information on the vandal’s identity and whereabouts.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the NYPD CrimeStoppers hotline at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.

Where: 1225 61st Street
