Pooper scooper pains

A 60-year-old man attacked a dog walker he had a violent disagreement with on April 20, police alleged.

Cops said the victim, who is also 60, and his pooch were passing Eliezor Lopez at 10:40 am as they walked down East 26th Street between Kings Highway and Avenue P.

After a few sharp words, Lopez allegedly struck the victim with a stick, leaving a cut above his left eye.

Cops arrested Lopez a short time later, charging him with assault.

As this paper went to press, it was unclear if the attack was sparked by the victim’s dog or how the 60-year-old cleaned up after the dog.
