Disposable income? Fuggeddaboutit.
Nearly one-third of all Brooklynites are paying more than half their income on rent, according to a report released last week.
The study, by Rep. Anthony Weiner, the chair of a bipartisan congressional caucus on the middle class, found that 29.97 percent of Brooklyn residents spent half their income on rent in 2006, up from 25.50 in 1999.
Overall, the report, released April 29, found that more than half a million New Yorkers are spending 50 percent or more of their income on housing
