Brooklyn History Fair

Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, the Grand Army Plaza Library and Brooklyn Borough Historian Ron Schweiger will present a free “Brooklyn History Fair,” June 21 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the library.

Nearly 20 Brooklyn historical societies and organizations will display the history of their particular group, with photos, maps, documents and other memorabilia.

Among the groups participating are the Bay Ridge Historical Society, the Brooklyn Historical Society, the Wyckoff House and Museum, the Weeksville Society, Brooklyn Theater History, the Harbor Defense Museum at Fort Hamilton, Friends of Historic New Utrecht, the Canarsie Historical Society, the Sea Gate Historical Society, the Hendrik I. Lott House, and many others,
