Meet ‘Great White Lies’ author

Bernard J. Marsh, author of the recently published “Great White Way/Greatwhite Lies,” will host a book signing, August 14 from 6-9 p.m., at the Two Steps Down Restaurant, 240 DeKalb Avenue in Brooklyn, between Vanderbilt and Clermont avenues.

Marsh is a third generation performer and fifth generation Brooklynite. He has appeared on Broadway in “Eubie,” “The Tap Dance Kid,” and Bob Fosse’s “Big Deal,” as well as in the films, “The Cotton Club” and “Malcolm X.”

Taking his material from memoirs, letters, and personal experience, Marsh gives us insight into the struggle, intrigue and deception of “a life on the stage.”

This event is free and refreshments will be served. RSVP to 347-689-3629 or email bklnbern@aol.com.
