Community spirit flowed as freely as the good cheer as Park Slope residents ignited the flame of friendship with a block party.
The annual frolic afforded homeowners a chance to make merry with neighbors along 10th Street, between 8th Avenue and Prospect Park West.
Amusements and attractions kept youngsters entertained while grown-ups worked on their suntans and fired up the grill for potluck barbecues, providing generous helpings of R&R for mom, dad and the kids.
