A Midwood school is making sure that the lessons 9/11 taught us will never be forgotten by engaging young minds early.
The school, located at 1866 East 17th Street, held their annual September 11th Memorial Ceremony at the school on Friday as the city remembered the eighth anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center.
During the revue, children spoke about their love for their country and how September 11 had impacted their family, friends and community.
