‘Twas the season for a wag-nificent howl-fest.
Yuletide yelps filled the Long Meadow as dogly brethren from across the borough beefed up their vocal chords and united for a merry repertoire of “woofs” during a canine caroling fest at Prospect Park, presented by the Fellowship for the Interests of Dogs and their Owners (FIDO).
The annual “Bark! The Herald Angel Sing!” drew pet owners and their four-legged friends to the emerald empire below the Picnic House where they enjoyed a musical program of Christmas songs and good cheer.
The canine choristers romped, wolfed down treats and yipped to dog-centric lyrics in usher in the holidays.
