The ‘eyes and ears’ of Brooklyn’s Finest received a tall salute during an awards ceremony for the 60th Precinct’s Auxiliary unit in Coney Island.
Volunteer officers were lauded for their crime-fighting assistance during an awards ceremony at the New York Aquarium, 602 Surf Avenue, which featured guest addresses and appearances by police brass from Patrol Borough Brooklyn South.
Honorees were presented with awards of commendation during the full court ceremony, and Juliole Francois was hailed as “Auxiliary Officer of the Year.”
The 60th Precinct is located at 2951 West 8th Street.
