Barclays Center, here he comes!

Canarsie-born boxer Sadam Ali will soon be on a card at Brooklyn’s arena, thanks to his signing with Golden Boy Promotions, which has an exclusive deal to arrange fights at the stadium.

The first Arab-American Olympian has been a hero to Bay Ridge since he founded a gym at the corner of 69th Street and Fifth Avenue in 2010

“World Kid” Ali said he was thrilled to have one of the biggest promotion companies in boxing representing him, believing they would give him the chance to face champion fighters.

“They are the promoters that can get me to a world title,” said Ali.

The only sure thing is that Ali’s next match will be at Barclays — no date or opponent has been selected. The 24-year-old welterweight refused to name any pugilists he would like to face — not even Adrian Broner, who took the World Boxing Association belt from Ali’s friend, Bensonhurst native Paulie Malignaggi on June 22. Ali would only say he’s willing to take on whomever Golden Boy puts in the ring with him.

“I am ready to fight anyone now and in the future,” said Ali.

But no matter who is in the opposite corner, Ali promised a full house the night of the fight.

“I’m from Brooklyn and the Barclays Center is in Downtown Brooklyn,” said Ali. “I have a huge fan base in Brooklyn, so the Barclays Center will be packed.”

Since turning pro in 2009, Ali is undefeated. His record stands at 16–0 with 10 stoppages. His most recent bout — and pay-per-view debut — was on Oct. 27, when Ali knocked out Ronnie “The Natural” Warrior in under two rounds.
