A burglar was the first guest to pop by a woman’s new DeKalb Avenue apartment on May 21.

The woman told police she had lived at her new address between Hudson Avenue and Rockwell Place for just three days before the thief forced his way inside, swiping four pricey watches valued at $18,000.
