Double-parked devil

A menacing motorist threatened a Traffic Enforcement Agent with three knives on July 20 after his car was ticketed in Brighton Beach.

Authorities said that the 52-year-old motorist double-parked his car on Brighton Sixth Street near Brighton Beach Avenue at 1:40 pm.

He was inside an eatery when he saw the agent walk up and slap a ticket on the vehicle.

Outraged, he grabbed three knives, ran outside and screamed, “Get away from the f--king car!” according to a complaint filed with the Kings County District Attorney’s office.

Fearing for his life, the agent backed off across the street, calling 911 as he did so.

The knife wielder jumped into his car and sped off, but ultimately surrendered after being contacted by authorities, and was charged with menacing.
