Synagogue steal

Cops are searching for the thieves who busted into a 17th Avenue synagogue over the weekend.

With Passover just days away, worshippers at Congregation Titeres Miriam said someone busted through a basement window of the synagogue near 65th Street sometime between March 26 and March 28.

Once inside, the thieves removed some electronics, a flat screen television and raided a vending machine. A hard drive to the synagogue’s computer was also taken, police were told.
