Wallet plucker penned

A 53-year-old thief was arrested March 28 after he allegedly swiped a wallet from a Coney Island straphanger.

The victim said that he was on a train approaching the Stillwell Avenue station just before 3 am when suspect Brian Mack plucked his wallet from his back pocket.

Mack tried to run to another car, but didn’t get far. After struggling with Mack at the Stillwell Avenue station, cops recovered the stolen wallet, along with a stolen cell phone and seven box cutters, officials said.

Mack was charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
