Purse loined

A Bingo-loving woman had her pocketbook stolen at a Fifth Avenue gaming club on Jan. 2.

The 34-year-old told cops that she was inside the Bingo hall, which is at Ninth Street, at around 10:30 pm when she left the purse on a table as she went to the bathroom.

When she returned, the purse — and the $100 inside — was gone.

But days later, the victim got another surprise: A Seventh Street resident sent back many items from the purse, including the woman’s house keys and driver’s license. He told cops that he had found the purse on his stoop.
