During Seven Years together at the former Jolie restaurant, Benjamin Tretout (French) $ Michelin noted Chef Eliseo Gonzaga (Puebla, MX), crafted an agile spin on French food with a cadre of loyal clients.
What was off the menu; Duck Confit Enchiladas, Lobster Tacos, Grilled Daurade with Jicama salad, made many hunger for more. These convivial tastings became the basis of Tretout & Gonzaga’s modern nod to "la comida afrancescada". Rich history, this cuisine honed the best of French technique with the heart of Mexican food.
