Kotobuki

Kotobuki owner Cyndi Cheung told GO Brooklyn her customers’ love the unique rolls. Some favorites of the eight-year-old eatery include “tuna tofu,” slices of the fish atop lightly fried bean curd cubes; “guronasu” tuna, an appetizer of tuna sauteed with eggplant, thinly sliced fluke and served with a “ponzu” sauce; or mango rolls — eel and cucumber surrounded by pieces of mango. Daily lunch specials offered. Catering and delivery available. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
