Station Diner Restaurant

Although the South Slope Cafe has closed, there’s no reason to be overly disappointed. The end of the South Slope Cafe’s life-cycle has carved out new room for the Station Diner Restaurant. This replacement boasts an extensive menu that hops from country to country. There are typical greek specialities including gyros and spinach pies, and classic Italian parmigianas and lasagnas. The American items range from juicy burgers to indulgent triple decker sandwiches. The menu also has much to offer to park slopers trying to avoid caloric-heavy dishes. There is a selection of “diet delights” such as the low-cal turkey burger, and melon and cottage cheese, a delectable fusion of sweet and cream. The diner is open daily: from breakfast to dinner on the weekdays, lunch to dinner on Saturday, and from noon to 4:00 pm on Sunday.
