Zuzu Ramen opened on the western edge of Park Slope. The executive chef is Akihiro Moroto, he grew up helping his father’s Nagoya Ramen restaurant before moving to New York, where he worked at Lespinasse and Jean Goerges. Now he comes back to nooddles. Several dishes on the menu, such as Grenn Currymiso ramen and Hot-and-Sour Ramen, are his own invention.
Zuzu Ramen opens for lunch Tuesday-Sunday, 11:30 am-3:00 pm; and for dinner Sunday, Tuesday-Thursday, 5:00 pm-11:00 pm & Friday-Saturday, 5:00 pm-12:00 am.
