CCNS St. Charles Jubilee Older Adult Services offers a wide array of services and free activities for seniors. Among their offerings are:

Free Legal Advice for Adults, 60+, Mondays, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Representatives of District Attorney Charles Hynes offer older adults free legal assistance.

Free Yoga Classes for Adults, 60+, Tuesdays, 2:15 p.m. Enjoy an hour−long invigorating yoga class with April Brooks.

Jubilee Boutique, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 1−3 p.m. St. Charles Jubilee Senior Center has a lovely boutique of gently used fashions for men, women and young adults, with most items priced under $10. All proceeds go to help the senior center. Donations of gently used items are gladly accepted from Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Free Art Classes for Older Adults, 60+, Wednesdays, 1−3 p.m. Enjoy a relaxed setting with a talented and supportive teacher. Lots of free materials to paint, draw, sketch or work in your own personal medium.

Free Aerobics Classes for Older Adults, 60+, Wednesdays, 10 a.m. Enjoy a fun, low impact class to increase flexibility and promote great physical and mental health. Taught by April Brooks.
