The following is a list of community organizations that are meeting in the near future in your area. If you have any information that can update this listing, or any comments pertaining to organizations not yet covered, call this newspaper at 718−615−2500, ext. 2529. All meeting notices are accurate as of press time, however, they are subject to change from the organization. Please contact the organization at the number provided for confirmation of date, time and location.

Your civic group will not meet in July and August unless listed here.

District 13 Community Education Council, July 7 at 6:30 p.m.; district office, 355 Park Place, between Washington and Underhill avenues; 718−636−3212.

Friends and Residents of the Greater Gowanus (FROGG), July 21 (and each third Tuesday) at 6:30 p.m.; Smith and Vine, 268 Smith Street; Betty Stoltz, 718−852−0328.

The Committee to Improve Carroll Park, (no information was available at press time); usually meets at Carroll Park, Smith Street, between Carroll and President streets; 718−625−5424.
