The Aviators fried the Cape Cod Bluefins up for dinner during a volatile 6-1 victory in Massachusetts on Friday night — snapping Brooklyn’s two-game losing skid.

Right winger Chris Ferazzoli led the scoring for the Aviators, slapping a blocked puck over Bluefins net minder Wes Vesprini for a 1-0 lead.

Hockey phenom Vladimir Nikiforvov quickly doubled the lead with one minute and 27 seconds left in the first frame — slapping in his sixth goal of the season.

The Aviators came out swinging — literally — in the second period, scoring three goals even as defensemen Colin Ronayne and Jarrett Rush and right-winger Anthony Iaquinto each spent time in the penalty box for fighting. Rush was forced to stew in the box for a whopping 17 minutes for fighting, misconduct and instigating a fight.

But three Bluefins were also penalized for checking our beloved Aviators against the boards, allowing Brooklyn to net two of the set’s three pucks during a five-minute power play.

The icing on the cake came in the third, when Ferazzoli — the guy who started it all — snapped in the team’s sixth and final goal.

This was the Aviators first victory against the Bluefins this season. Brooklyn lost in overtime during the team’s last two bouts against the Fish.

The Brooklyn Aviators will be back home to play the Danbury Whalers at Aviator Sports [3159 Flatbush Ave. in Floyd Bennett Field in Marine Park, (718) 758-7580] on Nov. 12 at 7:05 pm. Tickets $12 ($10 for seniors and children under 14). For information visit
