Four men brutally beat a good Samaritan after he offered to pay for their meals at a Ditmas Park fast-food joint — bashing the victim with his own cane and sending him to the hospital with broken bones, according to police.

Joseph Molohon was in the greasy grub joint at Ocean and Church avenues at around 7:30 pm on March 1 when he claims he overheard two men saying they didn’t have enough cash to cover their dinner, so he offered to spot them some, he told the New York Post.

Instead, the broke brutes went ballistic on the 37-year-old, punching him and hitting him with his walking stick, cops said. Two of their buddies then joined in, dragging Molohon out of his seat and kicking him in the head, video of the beating shows.

A fifth man then pilfered some items from Molohon’s pockets while he lay helpless on the ground, police said — but fortunately didn’t find his wallet, he told the Post.

Paramedics took Molohon to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for broken bones and cuts.

Police ask anyone with information about the beating to call (800) 577–8477, submit tips at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com, or text 274637 followed by TIP577. All calls are strictly confidential.

Tim from Marine Park says:
These things seem to have gotten worse under Deblasio. We need a better mayor. Also, better judges. For one, we gotta get rid of Cheryl Gonzalez. With a better mayor, better judges and more cops, Newyorkers will be safer.

@HILLARY Yes. This clearly was a hate crime. Over the past six decades, I have observed this country undergo many changes. Historians tell us that Africans were maltreated in this country two centuries ago. I believe them. The pendulum has swung in the other direction. I estimate that more than eighty percent of the hatred and racism in this country is black against white racism. White against black racism accounts for about five perecnt of the racism in America.

Guarantee you this garbage goes to or used to attend public school and wreaked havoc. How are people supposed to learn with this garbage in your classroom? And they are always crying for more money for public schools. The Catholic schools educated their students with less money.

Nino from Bensonhurst says:
Jimmy is correct. I went to Catholic School and we were taught (and smacked into) respect. He is also right. These pieces of garbage no longer deserve to be looked at as humans. They lost that privilege through their disgusting actions.
