A pair of vicious louts beat and robbed a man on 21st Avenue on April 10.
The two goons approached the man as he was walking between 85th and 86th streets at 6:30 pm, demanding cash. One baddie punched the man in the face so hard that he stumbled back to the ground, according to a police report. Then the other crook pounced on the man and held him down, as the first swiped his wallet full of cash and bank cards, said authorities.
Emergency responders took the man to Coney Island Hospital for treatment, officials said.
Police arrested a man and a woman who they say attacked a teen on 86th Street on April 10 and stole his cellphone.
The 17-year-old boy was walking between Bay 40th Street and 25th Avenue at 7 pm when he was suddenly punched in the face, police said. The force knocked him to the ground, and the duo took the chance to grab his phone and flee, according to a police report.
But police canvassed the area and the victim pointed out the pair, officials said.
A car thief drove off with a man’s vehicle on Bath Avenue on April 15, said police.
The victim told police he parked his green Honda Civic in front of his home between Bay 19th and Bay 20th streets at 6 pm the night before. But when he came out to head to work, his ride was gone without a trace, police said.
Authorities noted that the victim is in possession of both sets of keys for the Civic.
An intruder broke into a woman’s 83rd Street apartment on April 17 through the fire escape.
The woman told police that when she came returned to her home Bay Parkway and 23rd Avenue from work at 6 pm, she noticed her front door was unlocked, said authorities. Upon entering her bedroom, she discovered the room had been ransacked and the air conditioner pushed in from the fire escape, officials said.
It is not clear what the trespasser swiped from her apartment, said police.
