Police are hunting for three goons who pushed their way into a W. 33rd Street home and robbed two men at gunpoint on Jan. 1.

The trio knocked on the door of a 53-year-old man’s abode between Bayview and Neptune avenues at around 8:50 pm, and then when he opened it for them, the crooks shoved their way in brandishing guns, according to a police report.

The miscreants hit the man in the face and ripped $60 from his pocket then took $100 off another 50-year-old guy, while others inside the home locked themselves in a separate room, a police spokesman said.

The beaten man later went to Coney Island Hospital for treatment, the report says.

Police describe one of the three suspects as around 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10 and 200 pounds, and the other two as both around 5-foot-10 and 160–180 pounds.

The attack follows recent reports that a trio of teens jumped four separate seniors outside their homes on the same street during December, although police say there is currently no connection between those crimes and this one.

Police ask anyone with information about crime to call (800) 577–8477, submit tips at, or text 274637 followed by TIP577. All calls are strictly confidential.
