Spoiled children having a tantrum. Burning cars, breaking windows, sitting in the streets causing traffic jams and disturbing the civil liberties for the rest of us. This is what the non-deplorables did on Inauguration Day.

Hillary and the whole Democratic National Party should be proud — after all these are the people they represented. These are the women and men who wanted Hillary in the White House.

Hey, if you can’t be a happy winner, then be a disruptive looser.

During the ceremonies in Washington, one demonstrator was so distraught that at the moment Donald Trump swore his allegiance to the flag, promised to uphold the Constitution, and took the oath of office, that she sank down to her knees, raised her arms in supplication, and screamed, “No” as loud as her lungs would allow. An Oscar-worthy performance if ever there was one. If one did not know where she was, you would imagine she had just witnessed a heinous crime. Really? You didn’t get what you wanted and this is how you behave? Outstanding.

These are the very same people that are complaining that Donald Trump is full of hatred, a racist, a homophobe, a misanthrope. And yet they are behaving just as badly — waving banners decrying him as a hateful president. Some compared him to Hitler. And yet, they are just as hate-filled, just as racist, just as violent as they accuse him of being.

It doesn’t make sense to me. I have never believed that two wrongs make a right.

I think that, if they really wanted change, it should begin with their own behavior. Don’t throw stones when you are surrounded by walls of glass.

Not for Nuthin™, but this bunch of spoiled, destructive individuals are acting like toddlers in the terrible twos having a tantrum. It would seem they are in need of a very strong timeout.

As science disappears from the government, as Trump threatens martial law in Chicago, promises inquiries into voter fraud that never happened and blocks refugees from Muslim countries, as Trump refuses to divest from his business you want to pretend Trump intends to uphold the constitution and blame people who see the train wreck coming? Try tugging the wool from over your eyes.

I would rather be a deplorable then be a low life out in the cold burning cars and teaching there kids specially young daughters that it's okay to burn a house down and say and do all the thing they said that day so much for being a good mom and dad but I guess the men can't say much these days that's a shame. and as for Chicago that they should burn down it's faster then them killing themselves one day at a time

@Liam Your logic and your mastery of the facts are as poor as your grammar. After reading your poorly worded and rather silly journey into the world of imagination, I was tempted to suggest that you write fiction. Unfortunately, you do not write well. Do you have ANY proof that any of your nonsense matches the position(s) of Mr. Trump today?

After attending the peaceful march last weekend (in which thousands of people waited for traffic lights,) I can barely fathom the protests had the election gone the other way. Do us all a favor and use some of the time you spend whining to take a closer look at the way women are being perceived with this new administration. I watched Trump tell America that Heide Klum wasn't so great anymore since she's getting older. Is that how you want your value assessed? Seriously. It's shameful. @Osvaldo, it's amusing that you have to qualify what Trump's position is "today." I guess it does change like the climate. Don't hold your breath waiting for your Pulitzer.

Osvaldo from Bensonhurst says:
@Mar Yes. As opposed to the Chicago gangster whose loyalties were not to America, Mr. Trump is capable of growth. He has evolved from holding certain positions into the strong-willed man of principle you are blessed to have as your president today. Mr. Trump is a proud American (born in this country, by the way) who is returning this nation to her former glory. Rather than trying to draw attention to yourself (Look at me! I go to silly marches against America and her leaders! Look at me! Look at me!), you might consider actually doing something of value for and to the real world. You could volunteer in a hospital or visit a senior citizen or prepare sandwiches for the homeless or help unwed mothers or tutor a disadvantaged child. If you do that, you would grow and not spend your time worrying who has an Oscar and who has a Pulitzer and who has a Golden Globe, etc.

Hollis from Kensington says:
Freedom of speech is protected in our Constitution and a core American value, and participants in these women's marches, which were quite peaceful, were exercising their Constitutional rights. And BTW, we are not whining about "not getting our way"; we are worried that this administration will do serious damage to our country. We have a right to say so. Just as Fox News, Hannity, Trump and Steve Bannon were allowed to publicly attack our country and then-President Obama for a full 8 years.
