The man told police that the woman was previously employed at the pastry shop between 82nd and 83rd streets and at 4:45 pm the disgruntled employee casually walked behind the counter, took $600 from the register, and kicked the owner in the groin before attempting to flee the location.

An employee stopped her and called the police, who arrested the woman on the scene, officials said.

The man told police he was walking to work between Bay 19th and Bay 20th streets at 6:25 am when the two goons pushed him to the ground and began punching and slapping his head. The thieves rummaged through the man’s pockets and made off with his cellphone and wallet, which contained $2,000, according to a police report.

The men then fled toward Bay 20th Street in a sedan with tinted windows, officials said.

The woman told police that she was walking between Benson Avenue and 86th Street at 8 pm when a woman approached her from behind and a man stepped in front of her. The man snatched the victim’s cellphone right out of her hands, officials said.

The two thieves fled in opposite directions, according to police.

A purse snatcher grabbed a woman’s purse on Shore Parkway on Feb. 4, said police.
