A brute punched a 12-year-old boy in the face and took his phone on Gravesend Neck Road on Jan. 3.
The boy told police he was near E. 14th Street at 2:30 pm when the masked thief socked him in the face, injuring him, and took his iPhone 6s. A search of the area didn’t yield results, according to a police report.
A nogoodnik tried to rob a man on 86th Street on Jan. 5.
Police say the victim was near W. Seventh Street at 2:58 am when the would-be thief walked up to him, grabbed him, showed him an unknown object, and told him to give up his possessions.
The victim then ran into a store before anything could be stolen, and the baddie fled in an unknown direction, cops said. Area surveillance footage shows the two walking together before the victim ran into the store after the incident, according to a police report.
Two good-for-nothings forced a man into a bathroom of a Coney Island Avenue laundromat on Dec. 6 and then robbed him.
The victim told officers he was in a laundromat near Avenue V at 5:10 am when the duo entered, and then forced him into the bathroom, hit him in the head with a gun, tied his hands with a belt, and stole his cellphone, insurance card, wallet, and driver’s license.
They then took around $150 from the cash register and headed towards Avenue U, cops said. The man went to Coney Island Hospital for treatment of a cut on his head.
One or more punks tried to break into a business on McDonald Avenue on Jan. 2.
Authorities said someone tried to enter the location near Avenue U at 8:10 pm, triggering an alarm. They broke down the front door, but couldn’t get through a metal roll-down gate, and were unable to steal anything.
Two jerks robbed a bakery on Avenue U on Jan. 5.
The intruders walked into the unlocked back door of the bakery near E. 27th Street at 12:30 am and took the cash register drawer, which contained $100, police allege.
A lowlife took an iPad and then some from a synagogue on Ocean Parkway on Jan. 4.
The thief entered the front door and took cash, an iPad, and a Samsung cellphone from the synagogue near Avenue R, according to a police report.
