Cops on Thursday arrested two teenagers accused of knocking the hat off the head of a 14-year-old Jewish boy, pushing a girl to the ground, and hurling a pipe at a Bedford-Stuyvesant synagogue on Nov. 3.

Surveillance footage shows the suspects and some other kids gathered outside the Franklin Avenue house of worship between Myrtle and Willoughby avenues at 5:24 pm, when one of the teens grabbed a metal pipe, launched it through a window of the temple, and then ran for it.

And as the group made its escape, one teen allegedly shoved the 10-year-old girl to the pavement, causing minor injuries, cops said.

Authorities later discovered additional footage showing the teens knocking the hat off the boy’s head while investigating the incident, according to police.

Cops slapped one suspect with criminal mischief charges, the other with aggravated harassment, and charged both incidents as hate crimes, according to officials.
